Warren Minor Hockey Association intends to start the coming season October 3, 2011. Details pertaining to registration are listed below.

New Players
Hockey Manitoba requires a photocopy of your birth certificate. Please bring a photocopy with you to registration (required for new players only). Newly registered players will receive a 50% discount on registration fees. Download this form that can be filled out prior to registration.
KidSport Recipients
Any player applying for KidSport must pay the difference at the time of registration (any amount over $200). If you do not receive full assistance, the remaining amount will be collected in January 2012.
Other Feeds Due Upon Registration
A $125 deposit per child will be collected for your canteen duty. This cheque will only be cashed if you don't show up for a shift(s) that you've been scheduled to work. Warren Minor Hockey Fundraising requires each family to purchase 2 tickets for Hooter's. The 2 tickets will cost $20. The Fundraising Committee will also be organizing a number of other fundraiser's this year. Info will be given to each family shortly after the season begins. Separate cheques will be required for these fees.
Warren Minor Hockey Skills (INCLUDED With Registration)
Included in your registration fee will be the opportunity for your child to partake in a Hockey SKILLS program scheduled for September 13-29, 2011 (Tue's/Thu's). Learn more here.
Warren Minor Hockey Camp (INCLUDED With Registration)
Included in your registration fee will be the opportunity for your child to partake in a Hockey CAMP program scheduled for September 16-18, 2011 (Fri/Sat/Sun). Learn more here.
Power Skating Program
This program is designed to develop and strengthen skating skills focusing on speed, mobility and balance. Although it is not mandatory to wear full equipment, we ask if you have full equipment to please wear it. Power Skating will be offered on Monday nights at a cost of $75 for 10 sessions. This program is not only offered to Warren Minor Hockey players, but to anyone that is interested ages 7 and older. This program is not offered for Initiation aged players as CanSkate offers the basic fundamentals for proper skating technique. CanSkate registration will be held separately.
Register In-Person
Warren Minor Hockey will be offering in-person registration (at the Warren Sunova Arena) for our upcoming 2011/2012 season on the following date:

- Tuesday, September 13, 2011
7:00pm-9:00pm
If choosing to register in-person, more than 1 cheque will be required at registration. You will need:
- 1 Cheque (Per Player): A cheque for 'Registration Fee'--per player (post-dated October 3, 2011) is to be made payable to 'Warren Minor Hockey Association'. Please see age-defined fees here.
- 1 Cheque (Per Player): A cheque for 'Canteen Duty Fee'--$125 per player (post-dated March 1, 2012) is to be made payable to 'Warren Arena Canteen'. This cheque will only be cashed if you don't show up for a shift(s) that you've been scheduled to work. It is anticipated that you will be scheduled to work 4 shifts (per player) throughout the season, however this is subject to change. More details will be posted here later this Fall.
- 1 Cheque (Per Family): A cheque for 'Fundraising Fee'--$20 per family (post-dated October 3, 2011) is to be made payable to 'Warren Minor Hockey Fundraising'. Warren Minor Hockey Fundraising for the 2010/2011 season requires each family to purchase 2 tickets for Hooter's ($20 TOTAL). The Fundraising Committee will also be organizing a number of other fundraiser's this year. Info will be given to each family shortly after the season begins, and you can watch here for more details.
- 1 Cheque (Per Player): If interested, a cheque for 'Power Skating'--$75 per player (post-dated October 3, 2011) is to be made payable to 'Warren Minor Hockey Association'.
Register On-Line
Warren Minor Hockey is also pleased to offer on-line registration via the Hockey Canada Registry (HCR) Online Registration system for our upcoming 2011/2012 season. To begin the online registration process, you will need to click on the link provided (at the end of this page)... however before you begin, a few important notes to bring to your attention:
- If this is the first time you're registering your child with Warren Minor Hockey, you will NOT be able to utilize the HCR Online Registration system. You will be able to use this online system after your initial registration (i.e. in the coming seasons).
- The HCR Online Registration system for Warren Minor Hockey accepts payment in the form of cheque or money order. Credit cards are currently NOT accepted.
- If this is the first time you're using the HCR Online Registration system, please know that initially you will need to register (i.e. create an account). The process to register is very user-friendly, however should you require extra assistance, please refer to this step-by-step document.
- Should you have any questions while registering your child(ren) online via the HCR Online Registration system, please feel to eMail Jody (our Warren Minor Hockey Registrar).
If choosing to register on-line, you will be required to select the 'Canteen Duty Fee' (per player) and the 'Fundraising Fee' (per family). You will also be asked to select 'Power Skating' and 'Hockey Camp' if interested. Upon your online registration completion, you will need to mail cheques for:
- 1 Cheque (Per Player): A cheque for 'Registration Fee'--per player (post-dated October 3, 2011) is to be made payable to 'Warren Minor Hockey Association'. Although the HCR Online Registration system doesn't indicate a payment plan option for 'Registration Fee' (i.e. 2 payments), this is in fact offered. Please see payment plan options here.
- 1 Cheque (Per Player): A cheque for 'Canteen Duty Fee'--$125 per player (post-dated March 1, 2012) is to be made payable to 'Warren Arena Canteen'. This cheque will only be cashed if you don't show up for a shift(s) that you've been scheduled to work.
